What is a family boat trip?
The Family Boat Trip is an educational and entertaining 4–5 hour marine adventure designed for families of all ages. Created in 2021, it combines marine biology, fun activities at sea, and snorkeling, with safety as the top priority, in a beautiful nature reserve.
Families consistently praise the balance between learning, fun, and safety.
How long does the excursion last?
The duration depends on your starting point:
- 5 hours – from our private berth in the Port of San Antonio (boarding at 9:15)
- 4 hours – from the Port des Torrent water taxi stop (boarding at 9:45)
There is no additional cost for boarding at either location.
The excursions depart every day except Mondays, from May 1st to October 15th, 2026.

- Life jackets for all ages (from babies to adults)
- Extra flotation: “noodles” and a life preserver attached to the guide
- Individual adjustment of mask, snorkel and vest for each participant
- Paddle boards attached to the boat for children and babies
- A calm, shallow, and sheltered bay, perfect for swimming.
- Maximum 12 people per guided snorkeling group
- Ship limited to 50 passengers (60% of legal capacity) for greater comfort and safety
Should I bring babies (0-3 years)?
Yes — babies are very welcome and travel free.
Advantages for the little ones:

As we leave the harbour of San Antonio or Port des Torrent and cruise along Ibiza’s beautiful west coast towards the Nature Reserve of Sa Conillera, the experience begins right away. You will also get to experience the beautiful coasts of Cala Bassa, Cala Comte and Port D’es Torrent.
Our team shares a fun and informative introduction to the marine life you’ll soon see underwater during our guided snorkelling tour, bringing the underwater world to life in a way that’s easy for both children and adults to enjoy.
We’re not a glass-bottom boat so you won’t just look at the sea, you’ll fully experience it. Instead of being spectators we want you to be fully part of this authentic true Ibiza snorkelling experience, a memory that will last forever.
Before entering the water, we also take time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and above all safety first.
