Each Sea Retreat is fully bespoke. The following formats provide a starting point
2-Day Executive Reset
A focused immersion designed to create immediate distance from
routine and support mental and physical realignment.
Includes a curated combination of:
A leadership experience at sea
A biodiversity or sustainability encounter
A guided Sea & Mind session for reflection
A shared evening experience combining dining and optional
cultural engagement
Ideal for executive teams seeking clarity within a limited timeframe
3-Day Leadership Immersion
A balanced format allowing for greater depth, integration, and shared
experience. Combines:
Leadership challenges at sea
Structured marine exploration
Cultural and culinary experiences
Guided reflection sessions
One or two shared evening moments
Designed to strengthen cohesion while maintaining a
high level of engagement.
4–5 Day Strategic Sea Retreat
A deeper immersion that integrates leadership work, sustainability engagement and cultural exploration across multiple environments, including Formentera and protected marine areas.
This format allows insight to mature over time and strengthens
collective cohesion:
- All formats are private and exclusive to your organisation.
- Group sizes typically range from 8 to 40 participants.

Sea Retreats are designed and hosted by Gregorio Cañellas, founder of Meet the Sea.
With over two decades of experience in international finance across New York and London, Gregorio brings a direct understanding of executive environments, decision-making pressure, and leadership dynamics.
His academic background includes:

Hamilton College (USA)
Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
This experience is combined with a lifelong connection to the sea: from competitive sailing to marine instruction and the founding of Meet the Sea in Ibiza.

Meet the Sea manages the experience from arrival to departure, including:
