The Meet the Sea Podcast is a cultural leadership salon recorded at sea.
Each episode brings together founders, artists, entrepreneurs, and island leaders whose personal and professional journeys are deeply connected to Ibiza. We explore ambition, creativity, risk, lifestyle, and the realities of building something meaningful on this island.
We ask each guest about their relationship with the water: how it has shaped their perspective, their wellbeing, their decisions, or their sense of responsibility. Because in Ibiza, the sea is never just a backdrop. It is a teacher, a mirror, and often, a reset.
Recorded live aboard our classic wooden boat at sunset, the format is intentionally intimate: a 20-minute conversation, a small onboard audience, open horizon, and shared presence.
After the interview, guests and audience remain at sea together: with light music, cocktails, conversation, and a sunset swim ritual that reconnects us to the very element that defines this island.
With only 40 seats available per recording, each edition feels less like an event and more like a private cultural gathering.
